Quillen stratification for cohomological varieties

The goal here is to extend the Benson-Carlson-Rickard classification of
thick subcategories of stable k[G]-modules to finite-dimensional
connected cocommutative Hopf algebras such as A(n).  We do not succeed
in this goal, but we prove a Quillen stratification theorem reducing the
theorem to the quasi-elementary case.  This is enough to complete the
proof for A(1), for example.
